Qualifications

• Food service experience and knowledge of bar/nightclub operations.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Communication skills used with guests, staff and supervisors.
• Reading and writing abilities used for orders and paperwork.
• Basic math used regularly in fast-paced service.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Show energy, outgoing personality while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform basic bar prep: restocking ice, beer, liquor; cut garnishes.
• Change empty beer kegs in keg room and move full kegs.
• Maintain a clean, tidy bar area and clean spills; take out trash.
• Organize bar and drink ware; keep bar clear and ready for service.
• Provide polite, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Communicate clearly, patiently and humorously with coworkers and guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
