Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team as After School Pickleball Coaches. You will teach beginner-friendly pickleball sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at multiple Bay Area school sites.

Sessions run Monday to Friday 1:00–5:00 PM with typically one hour per class and optional pre-care. Weekend tennis clinics available at $18–$24 per hour. All equipment provided; transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Prior pickleball teaching or playing experience preferred.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach pickleball to kids aged 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size 8–16 students and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Set up and use provided equipment; ensure reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, sign-ins, and communicate with parents/school staff.
• Capture class photos for documentation.
