Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking enthusiastic After School Pickleball/Tennis Coaches to teach beginner sessions for elementary students (Grades K–5) at Bay Area school sites. Programs run Monday–Friday after 1 PM, about one hour per class, with optional pre-care.

Pay is $50–$65 per session; all equipment provided. In-person, local candidates with reliable transportation and willingness to complete a TB test and Live Scan are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous Pickleball teaching or playing experience preferred, but not required.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Good communication and class management skills.
• Must have reliable transportation around the East Bay and Peninsula.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must have valid work permit to work in USA.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
