Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is hiring After School Pickleball Coaches to teach beginner sessions for elementary students across Bay Area sites. Expect in-person, 1-hour classes, typically one per day, with equipment supplied by the company.

The role runs Monday–Friday 1:00–5:00 PM with possible weekend Tennis Clinics; weekend pay is $18–$24 per hour for 2–4 hours. Join us to make tennis fun and accessible for kids.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check.
• Must have valid work permit to work in USA.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball classes for ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
