Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC is seeking enthusiastic After School Pickleball/Tennis Coaches to teach beginner sessions for elementary students (K–5) across Bay Area sites. Classes run weekdays 1–5 PM with one hour per class and optional pre-care time.

Pay is $50–$65 per session, all equipment provided, in-person work with potential weekend clinics. Transportation required, weekend clinics available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Experience teaching or playing pickleball is a plus.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable with good communication.
• Must have reliable transportation around the East Bay and Peninsula.
• Must have valid work permit to work in USA.
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company; coach should have reliable transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
