Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc invites applications for an After School Pickleball Coach to teach beginner classes for elementary students at Bay Area schools. In-person, 1–hour sessions, 1:00–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekends possible for Tennis Clinics. Training is provided and equipment is supplied.

Candidates should be at least 19, with strong communication and class-management skills, and available to start after a brief training period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
• Experience teaching or playing pickleball preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check before starting.
• Must have valid work permit to work in USA.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Equipment provided by the company and reliability of transportation.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
