• Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading Endur implementation projects, managing teams, and working with business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
