Job summary

Howard County Public School System seeks an experienced Endpoint Systems Engineer II to design, implement, and optimize its campus-wide endpoint ecosystem. You will lead advanced automation, scripting, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise endpoints using Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and REST API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years administering enterprise endpoint management in a complex environment.
• Experience with endpoint management tools, automation, and REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Plans, evaluates, and implements complex endpoint solutions and remediation strategies.
• Designs enterprise-level endpoint configurations, deployment strategies, and lifecycle processes.
• Leads modern endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, and MECM/SCCM.
• Develops automation using PowerShell to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Creates automated ITSM workflows and system integrations.
• Uses SQL to generate compliance reports and support data-driven decisions.
