Job description

Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced End Point Support Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of expertise in supporting Mac, Windows, and Chrome Books. He/She will be responsible for supporting endpoint security for all devices along with scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring availability, performance, and security for all devices including Mac, Windows, and Chrome Books.
  • Developing and maintaining custom scripts to automate tasks.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to device software and hardware, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Serving as POC for endpoint security to address service incidents and troubleshoot as appropriate.
  • Setting up and configuring new devices and software for users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Administering devices, Github, and Google Workspaces.
  • Keeping track of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting end users with network connectivity issues, including WiFi and VPN.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in user support processes and procedures.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as an End Point Support Engineer.
  • Experience working with Jamf Pro for Apple device management and Azure for Windows devices.
  • Experience writing scripts using Bash for Mac and PowerShell for Windows; knowledge of Python scripting is a plus.
  • Experience in administrating Google Collaboration tools.
  • Experience migrating workflows to automated solutions via scripting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams.

Relevant certifications in collaboration platforms are a plus. Experience with agile development methodologies is desirable.

Salary Range

$48,868.00 - $77,160.00 USD (base pay, gross). Salary depends on experience, education, certifications, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, benefits, or incentives at the company's discretion.
