Job Summary:
IP Pathways is experiencing explosive company growth! In fact, weve doubled in size over the last couple of years and wed like to consider you for a position on our growing
team! As a consultant, this position must also provide a high-level of professionalism and must possess excellent soft skills in addition to technical skills. There is also opportunity for career advancement by transitioning to a Technical Consultant (field engineer). We are willing to train the right candidate in all aspects of our product set.

Responsibilities:
Always work to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction
Working with a team and individually for continual improvement in everything we do
Providing customer service, technical support, and technical recommendations to customers
Provide technical support for escalated issues across multiple client environments, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
Includes participating in an on-call rotation
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
At least 1 3 years of experience supporting or implementing technology solutions
Microsoft Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OS, Mobile devices
Microsoft Server Solutions including Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Filesharing and SQL Server
Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions
Microsoft 365, Entra (Azure), and Sharepoint experience
Virtualization Experience with VMware and Hyper-V
Basic networking knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent ability to multitask and maintain high-levels of quality
Excellent ability to work with a team and alone, self-driven to improve and complete work and projects.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods,
Use a computer and office equipment proficiently
Occasionally lifting objects as needed.
Minimal travel may be involved
