Zusammenfassung

NinjaOne seeks a Product Manager to advance our endpoint management and security capabilities, focusing on features, workflows, and abstractions that help IT teams and MSPs detect, prioritize, and remediate risk at scale.

You'll work with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to shape direction, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact capabilities that strengthen customers' security posture across environments.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in IT/security or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT/security team.
• 2+ years of Strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or IT management products.
• Solid background in operating systems or system administration (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles.

Aufgaben

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security capabilities, leading value, usability, and flexibility.
• Own parts of the endpoint management and security roadmap; evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and trade-offs.
• Drive product direction to identify security gaps and remediate or protect.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support, and stakeholders to bring capabilities from concept to delivery.
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Write clear product requirements, workflows, and edge cases; iterate based on feedback and data.
• Ensure capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and other product areas.
• Perform other duties as needed
