Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Product Manager to drive endpoint management and security capabilities, shaping features that reduce risk across managed endpoints. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact capabilities that strengthen customers’ security posture.

You will collaborate with MSPs and IT teams to translate field insights into practical improvements, ensuring the platform remains scalable and competitive in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/security or technical roles (helpdesk/MSP/internal IT)
• 2+ years of strong Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or IT management
• Solid OS knowledge: Windows/macOS/Linux administration
• Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting
• Experience in MSP or infrastructure-focused roles
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security capabilities
• Own parts of the product roadmap and prioritize opportunities delivering value
• Identify security gaps and direct remediation or protection efforts
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and support to deliver new capabilities
• Engage with customers and MSPs to translate insights into product improvements
• Write clear product requirements and edge cases, iterating from feedback
