Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Advanced Endpoint Management Technician to oversee a MECM environment and drive software deployment, patching, and endpoint compliance across servers and devices.

You will deploy OS and applications, monitor patch levels, and generate reports while coordinating with desktop support and IT teams to ensure efficient endpoint management and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 3+ years MECM experience.
• 3+ years software packaging and MECM deployment experience.
• 3+ years hardware/software patch management.
• 2+ years PowerShell experience.
• 1+ year AD, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Sites and Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain MECM environment following Microsoft best practices.
• Deploy Windows OS, Office, software packages, and security patches.
• Manage patching across servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, and accessories.
• Package and distribute applications via MECM, including Bare Metal and Software Center.
• Monitor deployment status, patch levels, AppLocker, and Cloud Management Gateway.
• Provide reporting on endpoint compliance, deployments, and patching.
• Support lifecycle upgrades for software and hardware.
• Coordinate with desktop support and IT teams on endpoint deployments.
