Job summary
Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to translate requirements into secure, reliable endpoint solutions. You will support 24x7 availability, ITIL-driven service management, and cost-efficient operations while leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in endpoint engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for coaching and developing talent in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years with endpoint system administration/engineering
- Experience with deployment, configuration and security technologies (MDM, InTune, Taninum, SSCM)
- Strong communication and leadership in a global team
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and service delivery teams to ensure solutions meet SLAs and customer expectations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver products/services aligning with business goals
- Operate in a DevOps mindset to enable rapid, reliable changes
- Inspire teams to deliver results and continuously improve product and processes
- Deliver scalable, secure, and reliable systems that meet business needs
