Job summary

INPO in Atlanta is seeking an Engineer in Client Services and Infrastructure Operations to implement and secure enterprise endpoint solutions. You will manage identity and access, endpoint management, and IT security across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

The role includes administration of ServiceNow, PowerShell automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive reliability and continuous improvement. Four+ years in IT infrastructure and strong security mindset preferred.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional work experience.
• Two or more years of experience in IT infrastructure and client support operations.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise endpoint computing solutions.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and remote support technologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports enterprise endpoint computing solutions.
• Administers identity, access, and endpoint management platforms and enforces security policies.
• Provides SME and operational support for endpoint security and remote support technologies.
• Manages software asset, licensing, and vendor programs; ensures compliance and renewals.
• Administers ServiceNow workflows; develops automation using PowerShell.
• Evaluates new endpoint and security technologies; collaborates to implement solutions.
• Mentors Service Desk Co-ops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
