Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to build, implement, and maintain the endpoint infrastructure. The role focuses on managing Azure AD joined Windows 11 devices via Intune/Autopilot, with remote support tools like TeamViewer and Ninja One to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will design patch management workflows, utilize Fortinet FortiClient data, and explore automation using Python, PowerShell, and Okta Workflows to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and administration, focusing on endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and ITIL v3+ service operations concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure services, and Microsoft Network Services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver second and third-level support for Azure AD joined Windows 11 devices managed through Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, utilizing remote support tools such as Microsoft TeamViewer and Ninja One for system and application issues, including vendor escalation.
• Design, implement, and manage a patch management process for Azure AD joined Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune and Ninja RMM.
• Prototype zero-touch automation using Restful API, PowerShell, Python, and orchestration tools like Okta Workflows.
