Job summary

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot, implement MFA/conditional access, and document repeatable processes. Travel between sites may be required, and healthcare compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years IT experience or 5+ years in systems administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure endpoint devices across Windows and ChromeOS.
• Manage identity and access via Entra ID, MFA, and RBAC.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, patching, retirement.
• Provide Tier 1/2 help desk support and document processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on projects.
