Job summary

Siegel Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks a hands-on IT professional to own our M365, endpoint, and network security stack. The role emphasizes self-direction in a lean team and requires 2-3 years of real-world experience.

You will manage Identity and Access with Entra ID, administer Intune, monitor EDR/SIEM alerts, and support firewall policies across sites. Strong PowerShell scripting and documentation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a systems, infrastructure, or IT engineering role.
• Deep, demonstrable M365 experience across the full platform.
• Hands-on Intune and Entra ID experience.
• Familiarity with Fortinet firewall platforms - policy management, rule review, VPN.
• Experience triaging alerts in an EDR or SIEM environment.
• Solid networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Self-directed with strong follow-through - comfortable owning problems in a lean environment.
• Must be available after hours as needed for emergencies and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Administer M365 platform including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
• Configure Entra ID lifecycle, CA, MFA, and license documentation.
• Manage Intune enrollment, policies, and Autopilot.
• Oversee Fortinet firewall policy across sites.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts via EDR/SIEM.
• Create runbooks and maintain documentation.
• Mentor teammates and automate with PowerShell.
