Job summary

NEURA Robotics is building a fast-growing IT team and seeks an experienced IT professional to own the endpoint and identity landscape. You will manage device enrollment, configuration, and security across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and related tooling.

You will handle device lifecycles, patch cycles, and software packaging, ensuring policy compliance and strong security posture while collaborating with Service Desk and teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung in IT or a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Familiarity with endpoint management in Intune — enrollment, profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment.
• PowerShell experience and automation scripting interest.
• Solid understanding of security concepts like Conditional Access and endpoint protection.
• Structured, service-oriented work style with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (B2 or higher).
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint Administration across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android via Intune.
• Device lifecycle management including returns, resets, and inventory.
• Patch management and software packaging for Intune deployments.
• Identity & Access support with Entra ID (MFA resets, guest access, licences).
• Security & compliance remediation and policy definitions (Conditional Access, BitLocker, Defender, GPO).
• Collaboration support for Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive; manage permissions.
• Improve workflows with documentation, checklists, and Jira ticket tracking.
