Responsibilities

• Lead transition from operational availability to measurable user experience.
• Collaborate across IT Service Desk and PC Engineering to reduce incidents.
• Provide strategic direction for the Dex platform and capabilities.
• Describe Dex capabilities to leaders and stakeholders clearly.
• DEX platform engineering & administration — implement and maintain platforms.
