Job summary

Telhio Credit Union is seeking a Workstation and Endpoint Engineer to own the endpoint computing environment, manage Intune and ManageEngine, and drive automation and governance. The role combines hands-on engineering with scripting and AI-enabled improvements to enhance security, accuracy, and efficiency across Telhio’s workspace technology ecosystem.

The position emphasizes CMDB ownership, asset management, and branch technology, with ongoing software licensing and deployment activities

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint engineering and workstation administration.
• Experience with Intune and ManageEngine for device management.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and CMDB governance.
• Familiarity with software asset management and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise CMDB and hardware lifecycle.
• Configure and manage Windows workstations using Telhio standards.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment and maintenance.
• Support AI-enabled improvements in endpoint management.
