Job summary

Tekvana Inc in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Engineer. You will design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions and manage complex enterprise endpoints across the organization.

Required: 8+ years in IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering, 5+ years designing Intune solutions, strong Windows 11, AD, GP, MECM, and VDI (AVD) experience, plus software packaging with InstallShield. Expertise in patch management and endpoint security is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering experience.
• 5+ years designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions.
• Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Experience developing and testing software packages using InstallShield or equivalent packaging technologies.
• Experience managing VDI environments, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Expert-level experience in endpoint protection engineering and security controls.
• Advanced expertise with MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Expert knowledge of patch management, BIOS/firmware/OS/app updates.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise endpoints.
• Manage and support enterprise desktop engineering and endpoint deployment.
• Maintain and optimize Windows 11, AD, and GPO settings across devices.
• Develop and test software packages using InstallShield or equivalent tooling.
• Oversee VDI environments, preferring Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Ensure robust endpoint protection and security controls are in place.
• Lead MECM and Intune configurations for endpoint management.
• Coordinate patch management across BIOS, firmware, OS, and apps.
