Job description

• Experience implementing or managing: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Analytics, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, Windows Updates for Business.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong understanding of: Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Major Incident Management.
• Experience managing service delivery in a 24x7 support environment.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device ecosystems.
• Hands-on knowledge of: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, Co-Management, Endpoint Compliance, Application Deployment, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, Experience designing and operating endpoint lifecycle management programs.
• Experience managing endpoint environments supporting 2,000+ users and devices.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading End User Computing (EUC), Client Device Management (CDM), Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, or IT Service Delivery functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
