Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Endpoint Management Coordinator to serve as a liaison between engineering teams, IT leadership, and end users. You will coordinate endpoint management initiatives, document processes, track remediation efforts, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable updates for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of MECM/SCCM, including the ability to support workflows, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience with Group Policy administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Experience utilizing vulnerability management tools, preferably Tenable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), or Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) environments.
• Familiarity with Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) platforms.
• Experience supporting Secure Enterprise Browser solutions.
• Knowledge of non-Windows endpoint management, including macOS and mobile device management platforms.
