Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to design, deploy, and manage end-user computing devices across the organization. You will ensure endpoint security, compliance, and reliability to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include OS patching, policy enforcement, user support, and training IT staff on endpoint management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity and change-management best practices.

Qualifications

• A+ and/or Network+ certification or equivalent certification or experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years direct technical experience with Microsoft/M365, iOS, Azure, MDM, PC Workstations, Printers, Active Directory, Networking.

Responsibilities

• Attitude – Demonstrates great teamwork, shares information with others, responsive with all communications/deliverables, collaborates with the team to resolve open issues.
• Communication - Collaborate in the assessment, planning, communication and the implementation of processes.
• Service Delivery – Takes ownership of issues, ensures accuracy with deliverables, completes tasks according to timelines, demonstrates service recovery, and communicates in a consistent manner.
• Service Management – Tests, monitors, patches, application deployment and OS configuration for user endpoints governed by IT policies.
• Training - Provides training to Technical Services team for endpoint deployment and management to ensure quality, and operability of configurations.
• Issue Resolution - Resolves/escalates issues and collaborate with other teams if necessary.
• Support - Provides technical support in the assessment of, ITGC (Information Technology General Controls), responds to issues reported by user community and collaboration with IT teams.
• Efficiency - Proactively monitors endpoint environment to identify devices that are not compliant for remediation.
• Design - Contributes to the development of IT policies and procedures in areas of system access, Cybersecurity, change management, computer operations and system development.
• Maintenance - Demonstrates proficiency in competency on upkeep and patching of the operating systems and software delivery on multiple platforms.
• Knowledge - Demonstrates technical knowledge and best practices in the deployment of endpoint management and software delivery.
• Development - Implementation of operating systems standards and software delivery using guidelines provided by the IT policies, impacting all endpoints

Job Description Summary
