Job summary

PARSETEK INC is seeking a IT analyst to build and deliver Intune packages, manage escalations, and administer Azure AD/Azure portals. The role includes training staff, generating KPI reports, and advising on incident trends and potential system improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in a large IT environment and have hands-on experience with Intune, Azure Entra ID, Azure administration, and Active Directory. This is a full-time, on-site position in Atlanta, GA.

• Experience with Intune Endpoint Management and Azure Entra ID required
• Azure administration and Active Directory administration experience required

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager
• Coordinate urgent and complex support issues as escalation point
• Administer Azure and Azure Admin portal
• Train, coach, and mentor support staff; publish training material
• Provide KPI data and reporting weekly, monthly, and as needed
• Advise management on escalated incidents and system enhancements

Job description

• Build and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manages and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues.
• Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents regarding endpoint devices. Administration and management of mobile devices and laptops.
• Develop methodologies and escalation processes to ensure proper escalation and information flow within the organization.
• Administration of Azure and Azure Admin portal.
• Train, coach, and mentor support staff. Build, edit, publish, and document training material for support staff including how to video documentation. Interact with internal and external customers.
• Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends, weekly, monthly, and as needed.
• Maintain an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer IT support in the organization. Advise management on escalated incidents, identified trending patterns. Provide recommend solutions that may require additional client support or system enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three years of progressively responsible, professional level analyst and systems experience in a largescale Information Technology environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
• Intune Endpoint Management and Azure Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Administration, and Active Directory experience required.
