• Directly supervise Accounting Analyst(s) and manage daily office activities.
• Prepare annual financial statements and 990 tax filings with external accountants.
• Coordinate endowment accounting, including market value and donor restrictions.
• Support external audits and develop process improvements.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with policies.
