Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA, is seeking an Endovascular Lab Specialist to assist in procedures under the supervision of a credentialed Physician. You will maintain sterile technique, assist with endovascular and open vascular cases, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.

The role requires RCIS/RT/RRT/RCVT licensure or equivalent, BLS/ACLS, and education as specified. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate complex radiology equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensure: RCIS/RT(R)/RRT/RCVT required; paramedic license or 10 years endovascular exp accepted in lieu.
• Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree in Allied Health preferred.
• One year registry/experience in the field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile technique throughout invasive procedures.
• Assists Physician during endovascular and open vascular cases with equipment and supplies.
• Preps room, equipment, and sterile supplies; ensures accurate documentation.
• Operates and troubleshoots fluoroscopy and radiology equipment.
• Documents pre-, intra-, and post-procedure data in the EMR; maintains patient privacy.
