Qualifications

• RVT or Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in the vascular field.
• BLS Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of vascular experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessment of patients in vascular department.
• Document assessment findings and report changes to physicians.
• Participate in interpretation of non-invasive vascular studies.
• Input data for charges and maintain patient records.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensure patient comfort before and after procedures.
