Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is hiring a Registered Nurse for Endoscopy to deliver care across pre-procedure, procedural, and recovery phases. You will work closely with physicians, CRNAs, and endoscopy technicians in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have GI/endoscopy nursing experience, a valid MA RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. This role offers rotating shifts, with competitive pay and benefits, including free parking near Boston.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ medical/surgical experience, outpatient and GI nursing preferred.
• Current MA RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required with American Heart Association.
• Current IV skills preferred.
• Previous Endoscopy or critical care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care across pre-procedure, procedural, and recovery phases.
• Safely assist and transport patients, including those under sedation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead and support an Endoscopy Technician, including delegating tasks as needed.
• Communicate clearly, accept feedback, and contribute to team goals.
