Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional accountability and technical support for patient care in the endoscopy patient experience.
• Prepare the endoscopy field, obtain needed equipment, uphold patient safety standards, and assist the physician and registered nurse.
• Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties and may assist with special procedures as noted on the career ladder program.
