Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of disinfection processes and GI endoscopy equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Flexible hours to meet unit demands.
• BCLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, high-level disinfection and reprocessing of endoscopes.
• Assist with patient care, supply inventory and sterilization of instruments.
• Follow detailed written instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
