MNGI Digestive Health in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support the Endoscopy Center. You will turn around procedure rooms, assist nurses and physicians, and ensure scopes are cleaned and prepped for transport.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with equipment cleaning and reprocessing preferred.
• Infection prevention awareness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Turn around procedure rooms: set up and take down.
• Troubleshoot endoscopes in the procedure room as needed.
• Clean and high level disinfect endoscopes.
• Clean, high level disinfect or sterilize accessory equipment.
• Stock supplies for the Endoscopy Center and order as needed.
• Prepare scope for transport.
• Assist nursing staff and physicians as needed.
• Operate and maintain endoscopy equipment as directed.
• Follow infection prevention processes and document logs.
