Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience.
• Experience in endoscopy preferred; training provided.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Aseptic techniques and infection prevention knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures with precision.
• Prepare procedure rooms before and after patients.
• Perform high-level disinfection of endoscopes and equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection as directed.
• Maintain inventory and stocking of procedure rooms.
• Keep the environment clean through thorough housekeeping.
• Provide compassionate patient care during admission, recovery, and discharge.
