Job summary

Gulf Comprehensive Surgery Center is looking for a Per Diem Endoscopy Technician to assist in various endoscopic procedures. This role involves working under the supervision of surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of care and cleanliness.

As a vital team member, you will contribute to patient flow, support surgical staff, and manage instrumentation effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a GI Lab preferred.
• Previous experience in surgical settings preferred.
• Current BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with technical equipment during procedures.
• Clean and maintain endoscopes and instrumentation.
• Facilitate patient flow and room turnover.
• Stock procedure rooms and order supplies.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
