Job summary

USPI Pearland Surgery Center in Pearland, TX is seeking a motivated Endoscopy Tech to join our fast-paced ASC. The Endo Tech assists the endoscopy team during procedures, arranging sterile setup and passing items as needed.

They prepare and move patients and help clean the endoscopy room, while maintaining inventory and supplies under the direction of the Charge Nurse and ASC Director. Position requires weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, or call; some later evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Operating Room experience required.
• 2+ years in an established endoscopy center.
• Working knowledge of standard gastroenterology procedures.
• Certified MA or Endo tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist endoscopy team during procedures.
• Arrange and inventory sterile setup for operations.
• Pass items as needed to the endoscopy team.
• Assist in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the endoscopy room.
• Provide centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain and track inventory according to facility procedures.
• Report to the Charge Nurse and ASC Director.
