Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to serve as the primary assistant in endoscopy procedures across all ages. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assisting the Endoscopist, addressing diverse patient needs, and aligning with our ethics and patient rights commitments while delivering quality care. Per diem, as-needed schedule with non-benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Endoscopy experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Working knowledge with GI scopes and with GI Physician.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assists Endoscopist during endoscopy procedures.
• Provides care addressing needs across age groups from infant to elderly.
• Collaborates with team to ensure patient rights and satisfaction.
