Low Country Endoscopy Center is seeking an Endoscopy Tech to support GI procedures in a clinical setting in Summerville, SC. The GI Technician works under a surgeon's supervision, handling equipment and assisting in the procedure room to help achieve positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining endoscopes and instruments, managing patient flow, preparing rooms, stocking supplies, and handling clerical tasks as part of a collaborative team effort.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GI Lab preferred.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center or surgical hospital preferred.
• Current BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with operation of technical equipment used during endoscopic procedures under supervision of a surgeon.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopes and other instruments.
