Job summary

United Surgical Partners International's Charleston Endoscopy Center is seeking an Endoscopy Tech to assist with endoscopic procedures and patient flow in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Under the supervision of a surgeon, you will clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopes and instruments, manage patient flow, and prepare rooms for procedures while stocking supplies and handling clerical tasks to support a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of GI Lab experience preferred.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center or surgical hospital preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopic procedures under the direct supervision of a surgeon.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopes and instruments.
• Manage patient flow and prepare the room for procedures; stock supplies and handle clerical tasks.
