Job summary

St. Luke's Health System in Nampa, ID is seeking an Endoscopy Technician 1 to join our Endoscopy team in a full-time capacity.

You will identify, prepare and secure instrumentation and equipment for endoscopy procedures and assist with the procedures under supervision, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety throughout. Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am–3:30pm with regular on-call evenings, occasional nights and weekend shifts, and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 years of relevant experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Set up carts and prepare procedure room prior to endoscopy.
• Maintain supplies and equipment integrity.
• Assist in invasive endoscopic procedures.
• Re-process endoscopes and automated endoscope reprocessors with high-level disinfection; keep logs.
• Inventory and order endoscopy equipment and supplies.
• Perform re-stocking in procedure rooms.
