Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. in Brookline, MA is seeking an Endoscopy Surgical Technologist to join the OR team.

The position is onsite, part-time (32 hours weekly), with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and a schedule free of holidays, weekends, and on-call requirements. You will prepare and maintain the operating room, assist with perioperative patient care, and collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Surgical Technologist Certification required within one year from graduation.
• BLS Certification and NBSTSA credentials preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment.
• Assist with peri-operative patient care.
• Work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure smooth operations.
