The GI Certified Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in supporting patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. Qualifications

• CST certification is required.

• Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff during GI procedures.
• Handle, clean, and process endoscopic equipment according to established protocols.
• Anticipate procedural needs and contribute to efficient workflow.
