Stryker Corporation in San Jose, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Sourcing (Hybrid) to lead sourcing areas and supplier performance initiatives within the Endoscopy BU NPI Team, combining strategy with hands-on execution in a global matrix.

You will partner with R&D, operations, quality and finance to enhance supplier capabilities, drive cost management, support NPD programs, and build a best‑in‑class sourcing organization through contracts, negotiations, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years in supply management with focus on strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier development; preferably in medical devices or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of supplier processes and risk factors including mitigation experience.
• Experience negotiating and implementing commercial contracts (supply and quality agreements).
• Experience with supplier metrics and measurement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned sourcing areas and supplier performance initiatives.
• Partner with R&D, operations, quality and finance to drive supplier capabilities and cost management.
• Lead strategic commodity plans, consolidation strategies, and spend/supply assessments.
• Negotiate, establish, monitor and enforce supplier contracts and agreements.
• Develop cross-functional teams and lead supplier scorecards and business reviews.
