Job summary

Stryker in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an entry-level outside sales support professional to assist the Sales Representatives in marketing and promoting Stryker products. You will educate physicians and staff on product use and updates, tailor promotional messages, and help coordinate product evaluations in OR and office settings.

Travel of up to 20% annually is expected. A BA/BS is required, and in-field training is provided.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years outside sales experience in medical fields preferred.
• BA/BS degree required.
• In-field product training completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in marketing and sales of Stryker products.
• Educate doctors and staff on product use, updates and portfolio.
• Tailor promotional messages to customer needs and answer questions.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist with trade shows and clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed on territory progress.
• Resolve customer product problems quickly.
• Manage a sample inventory of products.
• Adhere to GMP and OSHA guidelines during evaluations.
