Stryker is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate in Milwaukee to assist a Sales Representative with planning, directing and coordinating sales and marketing activities for Stryker products to physicians.

The role requires educating clinicians on product usage, performing product evaluations in OR and office settings, and supporting trade shows and clinical meetings. The candidate should have a BA/BS, strong communication, and ERP/office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable).
• B.A. or B.S. degree required.
• Field sales training--In field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training.

Responsabilités

• Assists Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion and sales of Stryker products.
• Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
• Tailor Stryker's promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer and advise on product selection.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
• Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
• Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
• Adhere to all GMP policies and FDA guidelines.
