Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads staffing, scheduling, and unit operations to meet patient demand and quality goals.
• Manages budgets, capital projects, and cost controls for service lines and affiliates.
• Partners with physicians and departments to drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
