You will lead endoscopy services, collaborate with gastroenterology physicians, anesthesia, nursing, and support staff, and drive initiatives in safety, workflow efficiency, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full range of GI services in ambulatory surgery.
• Collaborate with gastroenterology physicians, anesthesia professionals, registered nurses, technicians, and support staff.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and strengthen infection prevention and patient safety practices.
• Monitor quality and performance indicators and support education and competency development.
