This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial management, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a related field.
• Experience in surgical services or hospital administration is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Surgical Services department, ensuring safe and efficient patient care.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and stakeholders to optimize schedules and patient flow.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor surgical services staff and promote professional development.
• Monitor care processes, address concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
