Job summary

Regent Surgical Health is seeking an Endoscopy Scope Technician to join our operating room team. You will support the surgeon, endoscopy nurse, and anesthesiologist by preparing instruments, calibrating endoscopes, and ensuring equipment is ready for procedures.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited surgical technology program, and BLS certification. Experience as a surgical tech is preferred to help maintain patient safety and efficient case flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology (Center dependent).
• BLS certification (as required by individual ASC policy).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and instruments are ready for use.
• Prepare and calibrate endoscopes and related equipment to facility standards.
• Assist RN circulator and surgeon during procedures.
• Restock procedure rooms and maintain aseptic environment.
• Prepare cases for the next day and assist with patient transport as needed.
