Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to assist in the treatment of patients using endoscopic instrumentation.

The role includes preparing and organizing equipment and supplies for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and maintaining instrument readiness and sterility. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of on-the-job experience in an endoscopy setting, with knowledge of instrument handling and sterilization procedures to ensure patient

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year of on-the-job experience in an endoscopy setting.
• Knowledge of endoscopy instruments and sterilization equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical responsibilities relative to treatment and care of the endoscopy patient with instrumentation used in that treatment.
• Monitors PAR levels of all instrumentation and supplies.
• Prepares, assembles, and organizes the work environment, equipment and supplies needed to perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures.
